Q. I want to research a family vacation and am joining FTF. How does this work? A. Once you've selected your Username and Password, and enter your credit card information, you will be able to access the wealth of research and travel information in FTF's Member Resources. Our secure server rebills members 3-5 days before your membership expires to maintain your functional password. Please remember to cancel your membership at www.familytravelforum.com/member/cancel.html when your trip planning is complete to avoid unnecessary rebilling. To keep you up to date on site news, FTF's List Serv program (which manges the e-FTF mailing list) will maintain your free e-mail subscription until you 'unsubscribe'. Q. How do I get in touch with the staff at Family Travel Forum? A. Please email us at members@familytravelforum.com or call 212-665-6124. Q. I have a question about my account, Username, Member ID, or Password? A. If your questions about joining FTF or unsubscribing from FTF are not answered at www.familytravelforum.com/member/memberbenefits.html, please write to us at members@familytravelforum.com and include your Username and Password. If you have misplaced or forgotten your User Name (Member ID) or Password, please contact us by phone at 212/665-6124 Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST and you will receive a response within one business day. Q. I am an FTF Member and need your advice with a trip-planning or travel-related question? A. We pride ourselves on an in-house staff of experts, and look forward to helping you and your family research and solve trip planning and travel-related questions. Please contact us using the new questionnaire in the "Custom Trip-Planning" section of the website. We also encourage all members to visit our Open Forum bulletin boards at www.familytravelboards.com and post your query in the relevant board so that you may benefit from other travelers' experiences. Q. I seem to be having technical trouble using the web site? A. Please send a message to our webmaster using the form below and you will receive a response within one business day. Q. I can't login to the website? I've forgotten my username or password. A. If you can't login to the website please visit: www.familytravelforum.com/member/retrieve_password.html to obtain your login information. Your login information is associated with the email address you used when you initially signed up for membership. If you no longer have access to that email account please send a message to the FTF staff using the form below. Q. How do I cancel my membership? A. To cancel your membership visit the following page: www.familytravelforum.com/member/cancel.html when your trip planning is complete to avoid unnecessary rebilling. Cancelling your membership does not remove your email address from our e-FTF mailing lists. To keep you up to date on site news, FTF's Mailing List program (which manages the e-FTF mailing list) will maintain your free e-mail subscription until you 'unsubscribe'. Each e-mail FTF sends to its subscribers contains a link to unsubscribe from its mailing list. Unsubscribing from an e-FTF mailing list does not cancel an online membership. Q. My membership has expired. How do I renew my membership? A.
